Catch-all Emails in Web Hosting
If you’ve got a web hosting service with us and you’d like to enable the catch-all option for a particular email mailbox that you have in the hosting account, it’ll take literally only a mouse click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to do this. A catch-all button is available on the right side of each email address that you have created under any domain name hosted in the account. You can pick one address per domain name by clicking on the respective button. This will enable the feature momentarily, so all messages sent to misspelled email addresses will be re-sent there. Clicking on the button again will deactivate the catch-all feature. In case you have activated email forwarding, our system will show a warning notice and you will not be able to enable the catch-all feature till you disable the forwarding or you can simply choose a different mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all email address can be set up with a few mouse clicks in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated service with us. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be administered via our in-house built Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll be able to create mailboxes under any domain registered here. To enable the catch-all option for a certain mailbox, you’ll need to click the logo with the exact same name, which will be on the right side of each mailbox. Disabling this functionality can be achieved in the very same manner and will not take more than a click either. In case a catch-all mailbox has already been activated for a given domain name, you’ll get a warning message. The same goes if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never disable or edit anything automatically.
